1.2.1 Only with user active authorization will this application obtain read and write permissions to the device photo album for core functions such as wallpaper saving, dynamic live creation, and local material import. Without authorization, no local media data will be collected.
1.3 Unforced information collection
1.3.1 This App does not force users to register an account. Users can use most of the App‘s functionality anonymously without collecting sensitive personal information such as user names, mobile phone numbers, identity cards, and geographic locations.
2. Information Use Specifications
2.1 Information Usage Scope
2.1.1 All data collected is used only for the functional operation of this application, troubleshooting, performance optimization, version iteration, and will not be used for any purpose outside of the agreement agreement.
2.2 Abuse of Information Prohibited
2.2.1 This App does not use user data for advertising push, commercial marketing, user image sales, etc. to protect user privacy.
3. Information Storage and Protection
3.1 Data Storage Rules
3.1.1 The wallpaper history and local creation data generated by user actions are only stored locally on the user‘s device and are not automatically uploaded to the cloud server.
3.2 Security Protection Mechanisms
3.2.1 This application adopts standardized data encryption techniques to protect local user data, establishing security protection mechanisms to prevent data leakage, tampering, loss, and other risks.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
4.1 Prohibition of third-party sharing
4.1.1 This Application will not share, transfer, or lease any user data information to any third-party entity, business, or individual without the user‘s explicit and active permission.
4.2 Legal Disclosures
4.2.1 This Application may disclose relevant data information only in accordance with international general laws and regulations, and in accordance with the legal requirements of judicial authorities.
5. User privacy rights
5.1 Right to Query and Delete Data
5.1.1 Users can view locally stored activity records, wallpaper history data at any time within the application, and can voluntarily delete all local data to clear personal usage traces.
5.2 Right to revoke permissions
5.2.1 Users can revoke authorised permissions such as photo albums for this application at any time in the system settings of their device. Upon revocation of permissions, this application will stop corresponding data collection behaviour.
6. Underage Protection Terms
6.1 Minor Usage Specifications
6.1.1 Minors should use this App in the company and with the permission of their guardian, who is responsible for supervising their usage behavior and data manipulation.
6.2 Data Protection for Minors
6.2.1 This App does not actively collect sensitive personal information from minors. If the relevant data is accidentally obtained, it will be completely deleted at the first opportunity.
7. Protocol Updates and Notifications
7.1 Agreement Revised Rules
7.1.1 This Application reserves the right to update and amend this Privacy Agreement at any time, and updates to this Agreement will be made public through in-app notices.
7.2 Updates to effective rules
7.2.1. Following the announcement of the Agreement, the continued use of this Application by the Users shall be considered as acceptance of the updated terms of the Agreement, and will no longer be individually notified to the Users.

8.2 Dispute Resolution Methods
8.2.1 All disputes arising from this Agreement will be prioritized by the parties to be resolved through friendly negotiation, and will be handled in accordance with the International Universal Internet Services Rules.
